Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Beanline Spirits (“Beanline”, “we”, “us”, “our”). This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our website, including merchandise and (where legally permitted) alcoholic beverages.


1. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Merchandise (hoodies, tees, hats, totes)

All merch is fulfilled on demand by our printing partners (Printful, Printify, or similar).
Processing usually takes 2–7 business days before shipping.

Alcohol (future availability)

Alcohol orders are processed by our licensed distillery or distribution partner.
Processing times vary but typically take 2–5 business days.

We’ll email you when your order has shipped.


2. SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping times depend on your location and the type of product ordered:

Canada (major cities)

  • Merchandise: 3–10 business days

  • Alcohol (Ontario only): 2–7 business days

Remote or rural areas

  • Merchandise: 5–15 business days

  • Alcohol: may take longer depending on carrier availability

Please note: once an order has shipped, delivery times are outside our control.


3. SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your location

  • Weight of your order

  • Shipping option chosen

Merchandise and alcohol may ship separately and incur separate shipping charges.


4. AGE VERIFICATION (ALCOHOL ORDERS)

Alcohol can only be delivered to individuals 19+ years old in Ontario.
A government-issued photo ID may be required at delivery.

If you are unable to provide ID, your order will be returned and a redelivery fee may apply.


5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.


6. SHIPPING LOCATIONS

Merchandise:

We currently ship across Canada and to select international locations offered by our fulfillment partners.

Alcohol (future):

At this time, alcohol orders will only be shipped within Ontario, in compliance with provincial regulations.


7. SHIPPING CARRIERS

We primarily ship with:

  • Canada Post

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • Courier services used by Printful/Printify

  • Licensed alcohol couriers (for bottle shipments)

Carrier selection depends on your location and fulfillment method.


8. LOST, DAMAGED, OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive as expected, please contact us at hello@beanlinespirits.com within:

  • 7 days for alcohol

  • 14 days for merchandise

Include your order number and photos (if applicable).
We will open an investigation with the carrier or fulfillment partner.

Beanline Spirits is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

  • Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier

  • Delays caused by customs or shipping partners


9. SEPARATE SHIPMENTS

Merchandise and alcohol may ship separately, as they are fulfilled by different partners.
You may receive multiple tracking numbers.


10. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We cannot ship alcohol to:

  • P.O. boxes

  • Outside Ontario (until future licensing allows)

  • Individuals under the age of 19

We cannot guarantee international shipping availability for all merchandise items.
